Refunds

It is the responsibility of the Promoter to communicate their refund policy to Buyers and to issue refunds to Buyers via the Site or otherwise. If a Buyer desires to request a refund, the Buyer must request the refund from the Promoter.

In the event, a Buyer is not happy with a promoter’s refund or the progress of a refund in connection with an event listed on our website, please contact Party Ace directly by emailing enquiries@partyace.com. Please, do clearly state the event name, name of the promoter, date and time of the event and a clear description of the refund issue. Party Ace will then endeavour to resolve the refund issue as soon as possible.

In the event a chargeback occurs, Party Ace will initially bear the charge back fees, however, Party Ace reserves the right to pass these charges on to the promoter where we see fit.

Your registration obligations

To be a registered user of the Services, whether as a Buyer or other non-Organiser, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Party Ace Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Party Ace Limited has the right to suspend or terminate all of your accounts and refuse any and all of your current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof). Party Ace Limited is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, and to be consistent with the terms of use of other third party service provider, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority where you reside if that jurisdiction has an older age of majority, to register for an account.

Account, password and security

As part of the Site registration process, you will create a password and account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including, without limitation, all actions by sub-users registered under your account. In the event of any dispute between two or more parties as to account ownership, you agree that Party Ace Limited shall be the sole arbiter of such dispute in its sole discretion and that Party Ace Limited'S decision (which may include termination or suspension of any account subject to dispute) shall be final and binding on all parties.
